It is important to use toner, instead of regular tap water, because tap water contains heavy metals, such as lead, zinc, and iron, and thus may cause damage to the delicate facial skin.

The damaging effect of the heavy metals includes breaking down collagen; creating wrinkles and saggy skin; causing redness and irritation; enlarging the skin pores; and making natural oils to clog the pores, thus creating acne and blackheads.

The toner, on the other hand, is specifically designed to complete the daily cleansing process after the Milk Cleanser. Its formula balances the pH level of the skin and tones it for optimal reception of the serum, cream, or mask. (8.5 fl oz)

Application: Apply on absorbent cotton. Repeat until the cotton comes away clean. May be used every morning and night.
